SHIPPING, RETURNS, & DAMAGE POLICIES

SHIPPING

We know how exited you’re to put your hands on our amazing products and because of that we shipped orders within 1-3 days’ business day (Mon-Friday).

-Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. 

Please allow 48 hrs. for tracking numbers to work.

-If you have any issues tracking your order after the 48hrs  (business days Mon-Fri.) feel free to contact us at orders.glfcosmetics@gmail.com

Include your NAME, Your ADDRESS & ORDER NUMBER.          

                              

 **NOTE: for any returned package to our address due to wrong address, address not available or any other reasons why the carrier cannot access to your location to deliver the package. The customer is responsible for the new shipping label fee in order for us to resend the package.

  SHIPPING RATES 

  • Shipping is FREE for all US domestic orders of $55 or more.
  • Flat Rate on US domestic orders under $55 starts at $6.99+
  • Shipping rates are based on weight and destination.
  • Flat Rate on all International orders is $15 and up for Canada, anywhere is $25 and up depending on the destination.
    • Carriers and price rates are available at checkout. (USPS, DHL, UPS, etc)
  • Domestics shipping (USA ONLY) takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS OR WEATHER CONDITIONS. PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER. 
  • International shipping depends on the type of service the customers pays for. 

- Customers are responsible for any international custom fees (“Duties & Taxes”)

Please note: international shipping fees are based on the weight of the order  and the destination.

 

 CHANGE ADDRESS INFORMATION:
If you placed an order with the wrong number and/or full address, contact us within 12 hrs after order placed or as soon after placing the order.

We should get back to you within 24 hrs. 
Once we receive and change your address, we will send you a screenshot with proof we have changed your address, which you must reply back CONFIRMING if it is correct. 

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any wrong address deliveries, Please be sure you get a hold of us AS SOON as you notice the error.

RETURNS

For SANITARY PORPUSES we do NOT accept any returns.

DOMESTIC Returns:

-Any returned packages due to entering a wrong address will result of the customer's paying for the new shipping.

 

Package International Returns-

-Customer is responsible for the new shipping label if:

  • The order is returned to our facility due to entering the wrong address.
  • The order is retuned to our facility due to customer unable to pay custom fees “duties & taxes”
  • The order is returned to our facility if the carrier tried to contact the receiver (customer) and was not able to within the 14 days frame they provide to obtain additional information from the receiver.

 

-We encourage you to verify your address before placing an order.

-If you entered the wrong address and notice it before the item is shipped, please contact us Via email right away

 CANCELING ORDERS

 

  • 10% Restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount purchased.

 

 LOST PACKAGE

We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen packages or wrong address deliveries.

We are not responsible for any delay from the carrier.

Once we ship them is under the Post Office responsibility. 

If this occurs, please contact the SHIPPING CARRIER as SOON AS POSSIBLE (recommendable within the 24 hrs) and follow the rules/steps they ask you to do.

DAMAGE

 Sadly, sometimes our products get damage on its way to its destinations. If this occurs, in order for us to send you a replacement email us at orders.glfcosmetics@gmail.com

In the email YOU MUST include:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • A picture of broken items (if proof is not provided, unfortunately we will not replace the broken product)
  • A picture of how you received your order.

Damaged Palettes

If you received a damaged palette notify us right after (within 12hours) you received your package.

In the email YOU MUST include:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • A picture of broken items (if proof is not provided, unfortunately we will not replace the broken product)
  • once we receive all the information needed we will provide you with the next steps we will follow

Note: in order for us to send you a replacement 

-you cannot test/use the palette otherwise we would not replace it. 

-in order for us to file a claim through the carrier the palette needs to be intact (no test/use) only broken is acceptable due to mishandling packages from the carriers. 

**Why palettes cannot be tested/used if damaged?

if the carrier sees the palette has been used they will determined the palette has been damaged on purposed. 

 

MISSING ITEM(S)

If we accidentally missed any item (s) in your package contact us with in 24 hrs (after 24hrs your case would not be reviewed).

 NO REFUNDS $ after receiving the order.

Any pre-order money cannot be refunded. 

-Please read information given before pre-ordering.

-We will not refund any money during pre-ordering nor CANCEL any order. 

 

 REFUNDS 

We do not offer any refunds. If a product is mission or  damaged a credit  or replacement will be given. The credit Store will be based on our investigation results and based on the products damaged or missing. 

 

 

DISCOUNT CODES

We offer a wide variety of discount codes.

Follow us on IG @glf.cosmetics and sing up to our mailing list to receive deals and discount codes.

PLEASE NOTE:

To apply a discount code on our website, make sure to apply it at check out (under order summary should be a section where you can apply the discount code)

 

  • Once you place an order, you CANNOT applied it after &/or you will NOT receive partial refund from code.
  • Discount codes does NOT apply to bundles or clearance items unless we provide a specific discount code that will apply to either one.
  • Once any discount code expires you cannot use it after.

RE SELLER   POLICY

-You cannot sell GLF COSMETICS' products on any online or offline marketplace.

 -We file civil legal actions and partner with the District Attorney’s office on criminal actions To any unauthorized store without the prior written consent of GLF COSMETICS.

-Violators will also be banned from purchasing products, wholesale, from GLF COSMETICS.
